I have two hobbies. One is thinking of Halloween costumes, and another is making animated characters of my friends. On the AMC website it is now possible to "Mad Men" yourself. A sampling:

Ped mall band: We know you are probably in high school. Or maybe you just graduated and didn't want to hang out in Mayflower or Currier all night. School starts tomorrow, we understand how you're probably restless. Or you could just be homeless. In any case, we really enjoyed your Bon Iver and Devendra Banhart covers. You charmed us into donating money, which never happens. If you ever need a place to store your organ-accordion instrument thing, our basement is free. Or come over for Dimas Lemus practice tomorrow night. XOXO Green Gables

the end of summer

well, nicole got back from her summer adventures and we all went back to work or work got more busy. the beginning of the school year! we haven't been able to have many photography adventures lately but i'm sure with the turning of the season we will.

Summertime

The lovely Nicole is coming back today from a three week adventure and I'm very excited!

Some things:

Zucchini flowers are so beautiful. We'll be eating zucchini for the rest of our lives probably. Our plant is kicking out the jams!
This spider says hello from our window.

I threw a watermelon against a tree. It was disgustingly ripe and inedible, but completely smash-able.


Our first cucumber of the season=cucumber sandwiches.
